1971 Fender Musicmaster - Hippest little bass ever. Second year Musicmaster bass that has been made into a fretless. Fret slots professionally filled with ebony. Bridge has been changed out more than once and now there is a rosewood filler under the current bridge. Changed pots and cap but original pickup. Faded spot on the upper horn from a sticker but original Olympic white finish that has now faded to a creamy yellow. Typical dings and lacquer checking. Super fun to play and sounds killer! $849.95
1998 Rickenbacker 4003 - Nothing sounds like a Ricky Bass! Super clean Jet-Glo finish and that distinctive "cresting wave" body make for one sweet looking bass. Lots of snarl and snap if you want that Chris Squire/Geddy Lee sound but dial the tone back a bit and engage the string mute and you have the Paul McCartney thunky tone. Great bass! Danelectro Baritone - Not a really a bass and not really a guitar but very happy in the middle. Tuned a fifth lower than the guitar. They used to be called a tic-tac bass by the Nashville cats. They used to double the bass line with one of these. Put a little reverb on this and crank up the tremolo and let the Lonely Surfer flow through you. Check out the Thunderbirds theme by the Shadows for a little inspiration. $475.95
Danelectro Longhorn - Hipster cool bass with killer good looks. Comfortable shorter scale bass with concentric controls. Copperburst, mother of beer fridge finish. Great thunky sound. That's thick and chunky at the same time for those that don't know. Makes me think of Joey Spampinato and NRBQ everytime I look at it. I got a rocket in my pocket and the fuse is lit! 1978 Fender Musicmaster - Clean little bass strung with fresh flatwounds. All stock except for straplock buttons. Has it's original salt'n'pepper hardcase that's also in excellent shape. $1500.00

Danelectro '63 Long Scale Bass - New one. Great tone and great looks. Great choice for classic Rock'n'Roll players. Kind of thunky and snappy at the same time. Michael Tobias Designs KZ5RW-NG - Stunning spalted maple topped 5 string. Flat wide neck is a pleasure to play. Active electronics provide tons of tonal variation. Black chrome hardware. 1971 Fender Precision Bass - Wow! Wait, what comes after wow? Whatever it is, this is it! Very, very clean example. Virtually zero fret wear as it's had flatwounds most of it's life. Crisp factory paint. No bumps or bruises on the neck so it feels like butter. Sounds AMAZING!! Does everything the Pre bass is known for and then throws a little sugar on the top. Would be right at home on Duck Dunn in a shark skin suit. Pickguard is a reissue replacement but the rest is straight. - $2800.00

The Larry G. - Surfside built tribute to the inventor of slap and pop bass, Larry Graham. Sweet 2 piece alder body in two tone sunburst sporting a rich pearl pickguard. I used a light tinted stain to the maple neck to give a little patina while keeping the feel of a raw wood neck. Feels like a rocket! All gold hardware. Yamaha BB450 - '80's Yamaha bass. Maple neck with a nice rosewood fingerboard. P/J pickup configuration gives some tonal variation. Tons of sustain for a bolt on neck bass. Nice bass for the slap and pop crowd. Very well made. - $375.00
